About This Game

Quick Overview
ASKA is a Viking survival tribe-builder where you are not just building a small base for yourself. You are creating an entire settlement, recruiting villagers, assigning jobs, managing food, preparing defenses, and trying to keep your tribe alive in a dangerous mythological world.

The game mixes survival crafting, colony management, exploration, combat, and co-op. You can play solo or with up to three friends, while NPC villagers help gather resources, craft items, build structures, and fight alongside you. That gives the game a different feeling from normal survival games, because your village slowly starts to feel like a living community instead of just a personal camp.

What makes ASKA stand out is the balance between personal survival and leadership. You still need to chop wood, hunt, craft, explore, and fight, but you also need to think like a tribe leader. If your villagers do not have food, rest, shelter, or protection, your settlement can struggle quickly.

Who Should Play This Game?
You should play ASKA if you enjoy survival games but want more management and village-building than usual. It is a good choice for players who like gathering resources, building a settlement, assigning workers, surviving harsh seasons, and slowly turning a small camp into a strong Viking tribe.

It can work well for fans of games like Valheim, Medieval Dynasty, The Forest, or colony-style survival games. The co-op side also makes it better if you want to build and survive with friends instead of doing everything alone.

However, this may not be the best choice if you want a simple action game or a very relaxed building sandbox. ASKA has survival pressure, resource needs, enemies, and villager management, so there is more to handle than just placing buildings. It is best for players who enjoy planning, responsibility, and long-term progression.

Performance on PC
ASKA is more demanding than its stylized visuals may suggest. The official minimum requirements list Windows 10 64-bit, an Intel Core i5-6600 / Ryzen 5 1600, 16 GB RAM, a GTX 1660 6GB / RX 590, broadband internet, and around 6 GB of storage.

At 1080p, a mid-range gaming PC should be able to run it with adjusted settings. For 1440p, a stronger GPU is recommended, especially when your village becomes larger, more NPCs are active, or combat and weather effects are happening at the same time.

Overall, the PC version is playable on modern systems, but it is not a super-light survival game. For a smoother experience, 16 GB RAM, an SSD, and a decent GPU are recommended, especially if you plan to play long sessions or co-op with friends.
